We went to the grocery for some provisions and when we got home we found these across the street. I'm sure not sure what they do, but I' pretty sure that tomorrow at 7am they will fire these up and it will spew exhaust and dust into our bedroom. yuch!!
I'll see if I get a picture of them in action.
